Job Description

Are you a driven, growth-minded leader who thrives in a fast-paced orthodontic environment? Our private Orthodontic office is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead daily operations, elevate the patient experience, and help drive practice growth. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in both the operational and business success of a growing orthodontic practice. The ideal candidate is highly organized, personable, and motivated to build strong relationships with patients while supporting marketing and growth initiatives that increase new patient starts. This role will also assist with treatment coordinating responsibilities until the practice grows enough to support a dedicated full-time Treatment Coordinator. Compensation:
$55,000 - $65,000 annually, based on experience

Office Hours:
7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Responsibilities Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the orthodontic practice Support practice growth through marketing initiatives, community outreach, and relationship building Assist with treatment coordinating responsibilities until the practice expands to support a dedicated Treatment Coordinator Manage scheduling, staff training, workflow optimization, and team performance Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational excellence Oversee financial operations, including billing, collections, and revenue cycle management Manage insurance claims and work with insurance providers to ensure accurate reimbursement Foster strong patient relationships and deliver an exceptional patient experience Answer incoming calls and effectively communicate with patients, families, and referring offices Monitor inventory and coordinate purchasing of office supplies and orthodontic materials Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain patient confidentiality Stay current on industry trends and best practices in orthodontic practice management Qualifications Previous office management experience in an orthodontic or dental practice required Orthodontic experience strongly preferred Experience managing insurance claims required Experience with Ortho2/OrthoEdge software preferred Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Proven ability to support practice growth and increase patient starts Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities Effective verbal and written communication skills Outgoing, engaging, and professional personality Self-motivated, growth-minded, and passionate about helping the practice succeed What We're Looking For We are searching for someone who brings energy, positivity, and a growth-focused mindset to the team.
