Office & Operations Manager About the Office Manager Opportunity We are seeking an Office & Operations Manager to coordinate administrative activities, internal projects, workplace operations, and employee support. This office manager is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and keeping an organization running efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, discreet, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with limited oversight. Office Manager Responsibilities Coordinate administrative and operational projects across the organization. Maintain internal task-management systems, project deadlines, and follow-up items. Develop and update procedures, policies, organizational resources, templates, and other internal documentation. Support contract and grant administration, including approvals, payments, reporting requirements, and recordkeeping. Track vendor agreements, renewals, insurance documentation, and other recurring business requirements. The office manager will coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including technology, equipment, accounts, and system access. Maintain accurate records of software subscriptions, licenses, company equipment, and operational assets. Partner with outside technology and service providers to resolve administrative or workplace needs. Oversee general office operations, supplies, facilities coordination, and vendor relationships. Arrange meetings and company events, including vendors, catering, materials, and other logistics. Handle confidential business and employee information with professionalism and discretion. Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, organization, and communication. Office Manager Qualifications At least two years of experience in office management, administration, operations, or project coordination. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to independently prioritize assignments and follow projects through completion. Professional communication skills and sound judgment when handling confidential information. Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment. High degree of integrity, accountability, and responsiveness. Experience supporting a financial, investment, real estate, professional services, or similarly complex organization is helpful. $85K + Bonus #
