About The Company:

A professional services organization is seeking a dependable Part-Time Office Administrator to provide hands-on administrative and document support within its Golden, Colorado office. This is a small, quiet office environment with a limited number of employees working on-site and offers significant flexibility for someone seeking a consistent, limited-hour schedule. The Part-Time Office Administrator will assist with day-to-day office operations, primarily focusing on incoming mail, document management, filing, and general administrative organization. This position will also help organize existing records as the company prepares for changes to its office space later this year.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, open, and organize incoming office mail and correspondence Scan documents and upload electronic records into the appropriate internal systems Route mail and documentation to the correct team members or departments Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems Review and organize existing financial and administrative records Properly shred or dispose of confidential and outdated documentation Support office clean-up and file organization initiatives Provide additional light administrative assistance as requested

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an office administration, administrative support, or similar clerical position Comfortable working a limited part-time schedule of approximately 10-12 hours per week Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential documents appropriately Comfortable working independently in a small office environment Basic computer skills and experience scanning, saving, and organizing electronic documents Dependable and able to manage routine administrative responsibilities with minimal supervision

Position is 100% on-site in Golden, CO Flexible scheduling within standard business hours Approximately 10-12 hours per week, with a maximum of roughly 15 hours depending on workload Ongoing temporary/contract opportunity
