Job Description

Western Precision Manufacturing is hiring for an experienced Office Manager.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Answers phone calls, emails, and records messages. Manages employee time cards and prepares payroll. Prepares invoices and manages QuickBooks. Prepares P&L, balance sheets, and other financial reports. Creates work tickets, purchase orders, and production schedules. Orders materials and manages material deliveries. Schedules outgoing freight shipments. Manages A/R and A/P. Prepares new hire paperwork, drug testing, and manages employee records. Makes bank deposit and withdrawals. Manages company & employee insurance, work comp, 401K, etc Compensation dependent on experience.

$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
