Lead Fabricator/Welder

Pay is dependent upon experience and will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. DW Metal Works, Inc., is looking for an industry professional with at least five years of pertinent, on-the-job, experience. We offer a full range of welding, fabrication & repair services, for oil field, construction, and public entities. Our experienced & certified welders can design, modify, or repair projects to our customer's specifications. We're a local small business with the capacity to handle large jobs. Our company is seeking a Fabricator/Welder who is interested in being a part of an innovative team and career. The ideal candidate has welding experience, can work quickly and efficiently and pays close attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Use a variety of welding techniques to join and fabricate parts. Proficient math skills to use reference materials and convert measurements. Responsible for quality control, gaging and inspection of work area and products. Measure, cut, bend, straighten or assemble metal parts or products using hand or power tools. Proficient at reading blueprints and other reference materials complete fabrication tasks. Follow safety protocols for use of compressed gases, welding equipment and hand and power tools.
