Answer incoming calls from homeowners and assess service needsCreate and manage work orders based on customer conversationsSchedule and dispatch service technicians using industry-specific softwareMaintain real-time communication with field employees and the service managerOrganize and maintain customer records, files, and schedulesPrioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentDeliver exceptional customer service while resolving scheduling and service inquiries
