Coventry Self Storage is looking for a Saturday Office/Sales Manager. Must enjoy following systems and procedures, have a superior sales and marketing track record, and have good computer skills. 10 am - 3 pm Saturdays Please email resume or inquires today.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING
- Present units to potential renters; Rent Units; Take payments.
- Keeping the facility rented at optimum levels by effectively utilizing marketing, sales and customer relations skills.
- Must be willing to memorize and use rental scripts.
- Provides over-the-top customer service including assessing and resolving customer problems and professionally handling telephone and walk-in inquiries.
- Maintains all required tenant documentation in a neat and orderly manner as directed.
- Clean space(s) as vacated, hallways as needed.
- Maintain a neat, clean, safe, and secure facility. Walk site multiple times a day.
- Effectively communicate with management and fellow associates
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Successful record of accomplishment of sales and marketing skills.
- General office functions and experience a plus.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills and basic accounting practices.
- Superior computer skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to listen and resolve customer concerns.
- Willingness to treat the business as if it were your own.
- Enthusiasm, flexibility and a strong drive to succeed.
- Must be organized and able to work independently as well as taking direction and work with a team.
