This is a hands-on position that requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, keep the office running smoothly, and serve as a key point of contact for employees, clients, vendors, and management. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, friendly, and comfortable working independently in a small-office environment. Key Responsibilities Office Operations Manage the daily operations of the office and ensure a professional, organized, and efficient workplace. Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and other necessary materials. Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and service providers. Maintain office files, records, forms, and administrative documents. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence. Develop and maintain office procedures and systems to improve efficiency. Administrative Support Provide administrative support to management and staff as needed. Schedule meetings, appointments, and office events. Prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence. Answer and direct phone calls and respond to general email inquiries. Maintain calendars and assist with scheduling and coordination. Handle confidential information with discretion. Financial & Vendor Support Process invoices, bills, expense reports, and payments. Track office expenses and maintain basic financial records. Communicate with vendors and service providers and help manage vendor relationships. Assist with bookkeeping, payroll, or accounting tasks as assigned. Employee Support Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinating necessary paperwork and supplies. Maintain employee records and administrative files. Help coordinate employee schedules, meetings, and office communications. Support management with general HR-related administrative tasks.
