Danbury, CT Summary LesserEvil is an innovative healthy-snacks brand seeking a full-time Office Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Danbury headquarters while managing customer inquiries and support channels. The ideal candidate is people-oriented, enthusiastic about our brand, highly organized and comfortable managing a wide range of administrative and customer-facing responsibilities with minimal supervision, while contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace culture.. This role reports to the Manager,Executive Support & Workplace Experience. Role/Responsibilities- Customer Service ○ Provide high-volume and timely customer support via Zendesk and email channels while maintaining LesserEvil's brand voice and professionalism in all communications ○ Partner with the Quality Control team to document customer issues and support follow-up actions ○ Manage local donation requests, including securing product and pickup coordination ○ Coordinate and manage the wholesale order process • Office Management ○ Be the first friendly face of the office, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for visitors, employees and vendors utilizing our visitor and security system ○ Serve as the primary point of contact for office maintenance, mail, shipping, supplies, equipment and general facility needs, working with vendors to ensure our office's operational needs are met ○ Manage organization, inventory and ordering of office supplies and kitchen refreshments ○ Help maintain a clean and orderly office by coordinating with the cleaning crew and escalating issues as needed ○ Develop and implement procedures that improve overall office efficiency ○ Recommend and support continuous improvement initiatives related to office processes and workflows • Miscellaneous / Ad Hoc ○ Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned Qualifications • 2+ years of office management experience • 2+ years of customer service experience (Zendesk experience a plus) • People-first, service-oriented mindset • Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Proficiency in Google Workspace Eligibility Requirements • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, required • Conversational Spanish proficiency, preferred • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Must be willing to work in Danbury, CT • Must have a reliable vehicle as trips between the factories, warehouses and office may be required • Must be able to work on-site five days a week from 8:30AM-4:30PM; eligibility for work from home is limited and must receive prior approval from management Benefits • A fun office environment complete with a meditation room, lunchtime yoga classes, kombucha on tap and our very own snacks!
