As a small company, every team member plays an important role. We are looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, solves problems, and wants to grow with the company. Position Summary This is a unique in-person hybrid position that combines office administration, light bookkeeping, and project coordination. Approximately 25% of the role is bookkeeping and administrative support, while 75% is helping our Project Managers keep multiple projects running smoothly. No two days are the same. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys working with people, and is comfortable switching between office responsibilities and supporting active construction projects. Responsibilities Office Administration & Bookkeeping (Approximately 10 Hours/Week) Accounts payable and receivable Job cost coding Invoice processing Lien waivers Certificates of Insurance (COIs) Pay applications Filing and document management General office administration Project Coordination (Approximately 30 Hours/Week) Support Project Managers with daily operations Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers Follow up on schedules and outstanding items Order materials and coordinate deliveries Assist with permits, inspections, and project documentation Communicate with homeowners and clients professionally Occasionally visit job sites for meetings, material pickups, or project support Keep projects organized and moving forward Qualifications Highly organized and detail-oriented Excellent communication and customer service skills Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Self-motivated with strong follow-through Comfortable using computers and common office software Construction office experience is a plus, but not required Bookkeeping experience preferred Valid driver's license required What We're Looking For We're not looking for someone who simply wants to fill a position.
