Coach, motivate, and hold sales team members accountable to performance goals. Continue producing new business while helping grow the agency's overall book of business. Develop sales strategies and identify opportunities for continued growth. Recruit, train, and onboard new team members as the office expands. Deliver outstanding customer service while building lasting client relationships. Monitor office performance, sales activity, and operational efficiency. Create a positive, team-oriented culture focused on growth and results. What We're Looking For Active Property & Casualty License (required). Previous insurance sales experience with a track record of success. Leadership or management experience is strongly preferred. Excellent communication and coaching skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Self-driven, competitive, and goal-oriented. Life & Health License is a plus.
