Job Description
Bookkeeping and Office Administrator Post Road Iron Works Full-Time | On-Site, Five Days per Week | $20/hr - $25/hr - or additional commensurate with experience Post Road Iron Works is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Bookkeeping and Office Administrator. We are looking for someone who values teamwork, stability, and the opportunity to build a lasting career with a company approaching a century in the industry. This position will support our front office and project management teams, with responsibilities spanning Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Union Benefits, Compliance, Certified Payroll Reporting, and General Administration tasks. The role offers room to develop, take on additional responsibilities, and grow with the company. Responsibilities Perform bookkeeping, reconciliations, data entry, and filing Provide backup support for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Prepare certified payroll reports and supporting documentation Handle vehicle and driver compliance, including registrations, inspections, insurance, and permits Assist with union benefits, dues, contributions, and required reporting Construction, manufacturing, sage 100 contractor, sage paperless construction experience is a plus
