We are a fast paced construction company and in this vital role, you will be the heartbeat of our daily operations, ensuring that our office runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. Your energetic approach and exceptional organizational skills will support various administrative functions, enhance customer interactions, and maintain a welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike. Responsibilities Answer email and phone inquiries promptly, and route calls accurately using excellent phone etiquette Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date Utilize office management software such as QuickBooks and Google Workspace to support bookkeeping, invoicing, and document management Support calendar management and scheduling for meetings, appointments, and events with precision and timeliness for owner Assist with clerical tasks including proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and organizing office supplies Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and supporting clients Handle permitting process on all projects Requirements Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping is highly desirable Excellent communication skills Strong computer literacy with the ability to perform data entry and typing efficientyly Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Knowledge of office procedures such as filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining confidentiality
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
