Position:
The Office Administrator is an enthusiastic and charismatic individual who greets each day and every person with a smile. They are the first point-of-contact for the company and, as such, sets the tone for an individual's experience at LAZ Parking as well as providing administrative support to the management team. Primary responsibilities include creating and submitting invoices, hiring and scheduling event staff, and supporting daily administrative operations. This position requires attendance at meetings related to event planning, coordination, and operational activities to ensure successful event execution and effective communication among team members.
Principal Job Duties:
Create, process, and submit invoices accurately and on time. Recruit, hire, and schedule event employees as needed. Maintain employee scheduling records and staffing assignments. Attend and participate in meetings related to event operations and logistics. Coordinate with management and event teams to ensure smooth event execution. Perform general administrative and office support duties. Other related duties as assigned.
Experience:
Strong customer service experience.
Skills:
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively. Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language. Must be open to feedback, differing opinions and other points of view. Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness. Demonstrate the ability to seek improvement. Excellent team-building and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft Office Applications Physical Demands:
Ability to lift, push and pull at least 10 pounds.
