Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Legal Office Manager Are you highly organized, proactive, and known for making sure nothing falls through the cracks? A busy and growing law firm is seeking an Office Manager to own firm-wide calendaring, client follow-up, and daily office operations. Compensation and Benefits $60K-$75K base salary, based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance with 60% employer-paid premiums 401(k) with up to a 4% employer match Two weeks of paid vacation plus firm-recognized holidays Flexible Spending Account What You'll Do Manage the firm-wide calendar, including court dates, deadlines, consultations, and attorney schedules Identify scheduling conflicts and ensure attorneys are prepared for upcoming meetings and appearances Process new leads following the initial intake call and conduct conflict checks Schedule consultations and follow up with prospective clients through signed engagement Prepare and track engagement letters, fee agreements, and initial retainers Open new matters and maintain accurate client records Welcome visitors, manage incoming calls, and oversee daily front-office operations Assist with court e-filing, correspondence, document preparation, vendors, and office supplies What You Bring 3+ years of administrative, executive assistant, or office management experience Experience managing complex calendars for multiple professionals Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through Strong communication skills and the ability to work with clients during sensitive situations Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to manage competing priorities and confidential information with sound judgment Legal or professional services experience preferred Experience with Clio, Lawmatics, or similar legal software is a plus Connecticut court e-filing experience is a plus If you take ownership, stay ahead of deadlines, and enjoy being the person who keeps everything running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.
