This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and is comfortable learning new responsibilities. The position will primarily support Saisystems Technology while also providing general administrative support across SAI entities. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, agile, and able to manage multiple priorities while working effectively with our U.S. and offshore teams. Key Responsibilities Office & Facilities Management
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, vendors, facility's needs, mail, meetings, and general office administration. Human Resources & Payroll Support
  • Handle basic HR administration for the local team, including employee documentation and routine employee needs; coordinate onboarding and offboarding with HR, IT, Finance, hiring managers, and offshore teams; and support basic payroll processing through ADP, including employee changes and benefit administration. Contract Administration
  • Coordinate customer, vendor, and HR-related contracts through PandaDoc, including preparation, signatures, documentation, renewals, and tracking. Accounts Payable Support
  • Coordinate invoices and approvals with the Accounting/Finance team, process checks as needed, and assist with vendor payment administration. Business Insurance
  • Assist with business insurance renewals, certificates of insurance, and related administrative requirements. General Administration
  • Provide administrative and operational support to leadership and across SAI entities as needed.
What We're Looking For Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong ability to multitask and prioritize Proactive with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through Versatile, agile, and willing to learn new responsibilities Ability to work effectively and communicate regularly with offshore teams Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across functions Comfortable learning new systems and processes Experience with Microsoft Office; ADP and PandaDoc experience is helpful but not required Prior office management, administrative, HR, or operations experience preferred The Right Fit This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and being a go-to person within an organization. You do not need to be an expert in every area on day one. Someone who is organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, adaptable, and willing to learn will succeed in this role.
