Office Manager Saisystems Health

- Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, vendors, facility's needs, mail, meetings, and general office administration. Human Resources & Payroll Support
- Handle basic HR administration for the local team, including employee documentation and routine employee needs; coordinate onboarding and offboarding with HR, IT, Finance, hiring managers, and offshore teams; and support basic payroll processing through ADP, including employee changes and benefit administration. Contract Administration
- Coordinate customer, vendor, and HR-related contracts through PandaDoc, including preparation, signatures, documentation, renewals, and tracking. Accounts Payable Support
- Coordinate invoices and approvals with the Accounting/Finance team, process checks as needed, and assist with vendor payment administration. Business Insurance
- Assist with business insurance renewals, certificates of insurance, and related administrative requirements. General Administration
- Provide administrative and operational support to leadership and across SAI entities as needed.
