Real Estate Assistant Tasks:

Construction or Real Estate Office Experience is Preferred! Extensive Office Management Experience Great Listening Skills and Excellent Organizational Skills Operation of Fax, Multi-task Copier, and Other Office Equipment Independent Working Skills Are a Must 7+ Years of Utilizing Word, Excel, Publisher and Other Microsoft Programs A Must Accounting Experience a Plus Excellent Typing Skills and Proper Skills with Letter Writing, Punctuation a Must Top Producer or Other CRM a Must Proficiency with Email, Social Media Experience a Real Plus! Previous Work Experience with Ad Copy Design Software A Plus Must be Able to Multi-Task and Work Well Under Pressure Must have Supervisory Work Skills Part Time Hours ; M-F 8am-1pm is
