Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Office Manager / Bookkeeper to oversee daily administrative operations and manage financial records. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of our office while utilizing your organizational, clerical, and bookkeeping skills. Duties Supervise administrative staff. Handle human resources functions such as onboarding, training & development, and employee records management Administer payroll processing using ADP. Maintain, update and prepare financial reports. Perform general ledger accounting, including journal entries, account analysis, and account reconciliation. Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits or reviews Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat to include data entry of orders Coordinate with team to assure customer shipping dates are met EPICOR experience a plus. Experience Proven office management experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Previous bookkeeping experience. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience in customer service roles . Epicor experince a plus.
