This is a key position requiring someone who can confidently manage administrative duties, customer service, scheduling, and office management in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be proficient in QuickBooks Desktop , possess strong bookkeeping skills, and have working knowledge of accounting and tax procedures . Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally. Schedule customer appointments and coordinate service jobs efficiently. Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. Perform bookkeeping using QuickBooks Desktop , including invoicing, payments, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Maintain accurate financial and customer records. Assist with payroll preparation and tax-related recordkeeping. Prepare reports and organize financial documents for accountants. Handle filing, data entry, correspondence, and other administrative duties. Provide excellent customer service while communicating with clients and staff. Support management with office administration and operational tasks. Qualifications Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop is required. Previous experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager. Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial operations. Knowledge of taxes and maintaining records for tax preparation. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Strong communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality. What We Offer Full-time, stable employment.
