  • Wed•Thu-Fri Outpt/8:30•5pm/and call, 1:3•evening every night weekend Friday 4pm-Mon 7AM.
Worksite Setting:
Outpatient Setting, Hematology
  • Outpatient Setting, Oncology
  • Inpatient Setting, Hematology
  • Inpatient Setting, Trauma Level/Designation (Hospital): 2 level.
Scope of Work:
Adult, Geriatric, OB, Average Number of Patients Per Day
  • OUTPATIENT
    (Clinic/Office): 15-16, Average Number of Patients Per Day
HOSPITAL
(Call/Rounding): Approx 1-5,
Required Duties:
Participation on a Tumor Board, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:
Active CT Licenses, BC, BLS, A Self-Query NPDB report is required at the time of presentation and must be pulled within the same month as the submission.•
