Bilingual Office Administrator / DMV Services CoordinatorPosition We are seeking an organized, high-energy, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Office Administrator to manage day-to-day paperwork and documentation for our DMV license testing services . In this role, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring all state-required testing paperwork is completed accurately, submitted on time, and filed correctly. The ideal candidate has strong computer skills , excels in Microsoft Word and Excel , and thrives in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is essential.
Key Responsibilities Paperwork Management:
Prepare, review, verify, and process all required DMV license testing applications, compliance forms, and student/applicant records.
Customer Interaction:
Greet clients, answer phones, and explain testing procedures or paperwork requirements clearly in both English and Spanish .
Data Entry & Reporting:
Accurately enter applicant data into internal tracking systems and maintain organized spreadsheets for scheduling and compliance.
File Organization:
Maintain physical and digital filing systems in strict accordance with DMV standards and privacy regulations.
Office Coordination:
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including scheduling test times, handling basic payments, and responding to email inquiries.
Required Qualifications & Skills Language:
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is strictly required.
Computer Proficiency:
Advanced knowledge of computers and navigating software interfaces.
Software Expertise:
Proven experience using Microsoft Excel (data tracking, formulas) and Microsoft Word (letter templates, formatting).
Multi-tasking Ability:
Proven track record of handling high-volume administrative tasks under tight deadlines without losing attention to detail.
Communication:
Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor when dealing with clients and state regulators.
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required (Associate degree or office certification preferred); 1-2 years of administrative or office experience is highly preferred.
Pay:
