Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions using QuickBooks and maintain accurate financial records. Provide day-to-day administrative support, including preparing bank deposits, handling office correspondence, coordinating mail services, and ordering supplies. Update website content and assist with company communications, including newsletters and internal announcements. Serve as backup receptionist and support general front office operations as needed. Assist with invoice review, billing support, and related accounting functions. Coordinate routine office errands and support operational projects as assigned. Qualifications Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or office management role. Experience managing multi-line phone systems and handling a high-volume office environment. Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional local business errands. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
