Office Operations & Human Resources Manager This is a fully on-site position, requiring attendance in the office five days per week. This requirement is non-negotiable. $80,000 - $100,000

Key Responsibilities for the
Office Manager:
Office Operations & Facilities Management Oversee daily office operations to maintain a professional, organized, and productive workplace environment. Coordinate vendors, office services, supplies, and facility-related resources. Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related matters, including maintenance, repairs, and workplace improvements. Identify operational issues, develop action plans, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure timely resolution. Lead office and facility improvement projects, including building maintenance initiatives and workplace enhancements. Supervise administrative support staff and ensure effective office coverage and support. Administrative & Leadership Support Track professional licenses, certifications, memberships, and renewal requirements. Assist with regulatory filings, compliance documentation, and other administrative initiatives supporting company leadership. Provide operational support to firm principals and executives as needed. Partner with the CFO on corporate administration activities, including: Corporate credit card reconciliation Expense tracking Receipt collection and recordkeeping Other accounting-related administrative functions Human Resources Administration Support the administration of payroll processing, including timesheet review and audits, utilizing Paylocity. Coordinate employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, employee deductions, and 401(k) administration. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience. Maintain employee records and HR systems with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. Support employee communications and company-wide HR initiatives. Coordinate annual performance review processes and assist with performance management programs. Assist with recruitment coordination and other talent acquisition activities. Maintain and update HR documentation, policies, and employee handbook materials. Support a multi-state workforce and ensure compliance with applicable employment requirements. Qualifications for the
