Job Description

Office Administrator Job Description:
The Office Administrator will be responsible for assisting the General Manager with administrative duties and supporting the FOH team in their daily activities. This role will also be responsible for maintaining the company's records, filing, and general office upkeep.
Essential Job Functions:
Assist Business Operations Manager with administrative duties and support sales team in their daily activities. Maintain the company's records, filing, and general office upkeep. Assist with office equipment maintenance and order fulfillment. Assist with office maintenance needs as needed. Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and other administrative duties as needed. Manage the company's social media accounts. Assist with marketing efforts when necessary. Support the sales team when necessary. Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc…and be proficient in Google Workspace. Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills (phone, email, face to face).

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
