Key Responsibilities:
No two days are exactly the same, and this is not a position where you will spend all day doing one repetitive task.
You may be:
Updating client and account information in our systems Reviewing documents to make sure information is complete and accurate Following up on missing paperwork or outstanding requests Communicating with clients by phone, email, and text Preparing letters, forms, spreadsheets, and other documents Organizing digital records and account documentation Tracking deadlines and open items Helping route incoming requests to the correct person Learning carrier websites and internal agency systems Assisting with billing, renewals, policy changes, certificates, and other insurance-related tasks once trained Helping keep the office organized, responsive, and efficient As you become more comfortable with the role and learn the insurance side of the business, there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and develop new skills.
Compensation:
Compensation is based on prior experience and qualifications, with flexibility for candidates who bring additional relevant skills or experience. $45,000 is the starting point, not the maximum. Employees who grow quickly in the position and consistently perform at a high level have frequent opportunities for compensation increases.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of one year experience working in a professional office We are open to candidates from many different industries. Your previous experience may have been in: A law office An automotive dealership A construction or contractor office Property management Real estate Mortgage or title Banking or financial services Healthcare administration Accounting Professional services Your previous title may have been Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, Office Manager, Service Coordinator, Legal Assistant, Client Service Representative, Project Coordinator, Operations Assistant, or something completely different. We care much more about what you have actually done, how you work, and what you are capable of learning than the exact title on your resume.
