The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to work effectively with both customers and team members in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including data entry, filing, scheduling, and correspondence. Utilize computer software and office applications to maintain accurate records and reports. Assist with bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping; experience with QuickBooks is highly preferred. Support management with various administrative projects and tasks as assigned. Qualifications Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience preferred. Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. QuickBooks experience preferred. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
