Executive Assistant/Office Manager Boca Raton, FL 33431 $47,000

  • Full-time Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
Scheduling meetings and coordinating schedules for executives. Handling basic bookkeeping tasks and/or basic accounting tasks such as accounts payables. Helping prepare for meetings. Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with executives. Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software. Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed. Making travel arrangements for executives. Performing office duties that include ordering supplies, ordering lunch, and organizing files. Opening, sorting and distributing incoming mail, emails, and other correspondence. Provide general administrative support. Maintaining and retrieving critical files and records, assisting with the preparation and organization of closing documents, and handling data entry projects with accuracy and efficiency. Provide administrative support to managers across various tasks and projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and discretion are essential.
