The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the school's administrative functions, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring the effective implementation of educational policies. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of students while collaborating with faculty, staff, and the broader school community. Prior university experience is highly valued, reflecting a strong foundation in educational principles and leadership. Duties Assist the Principal in managing daily school operations, including overseeing staff and student activities. Support curriculum development and ensure instructional standards are maintained across classrooms. Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students. Participate in staff evaluations, professional development initiatives, and disciplinary procedures. Coordinate student programs, extracurricular activities, and community outreach efforts. Contribute to strategic planning and school improvement initiatives. Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, students, and district officials to foster transparency and collaboration. Lead efforts to implement school policies aligned with district goals and educational regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred. Valid administrative or principal certification/license required. Proven experience working within a university or higher education setting is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and engage students. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that supports diverse learners. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
