Dental Office Manager Salary:
$65,000 per year Join Our Growing Dental Team! We are seeking an experienced, organized, and motivated Dental Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy dental practice. If you are a strong leader with exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding patient care, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the dental office. Manage front office staff, scheduling, and workflow. Ensure an exceptional patient experience from check-in to check-out. Send insurance claims and oversee billing, collections, and accounts receivable. Monitor office production, collections, and key performance indicators. Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and office policies. Train, mentor, and support team members. Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient care. Resolve patient concerns professionally and effectively. Staff and Associates payroll Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of Dental Office Management experience (required). Strong knowledge of dental insurance, treatment planning, and billing. Experience with dental practice management software (Dentrix). Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Professional, dependable, and patient-focused. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
