This vital role ensures the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment, supporting daily administrative functions, managing communication channels, and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, self-starting and possess excellent organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities with enthusiasm and precision. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to an international non-profit organization while developing your administrative expertise. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering the phone calls in a professional manner. Oversee office management tasks such as filing, data entry, maintaining office supplies, and organizing documents to ensure a clutter-free workspace. Handle calendar management and scheduling for maintenance, and events with accuracy and attention to detail. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting visitors and potential participants with inquiries and supporting internal volunteers with administrative needs. Maintain accurate records through diligent data entry and proofreading of documents to ensure clarity and professionalism. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Drive for spreadsheets, correspondence, and shared communication. Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software is a plus.
