Commiserate with experience and 90-day review period Touching Hearts at Home Gainesville is seeking an Lead Scheduler / Office Manager. Applicant must be able to answer phones, take messages, and log all inquiries into healthcare software. Candidate is also responsible for recruitment of exceptional CarePartners (caregivers), scheduling interviews, onboarding/orienting new CarePartners, and maintaining all CarePartner trainings, certifications, employee files and records. In addition, this position will work closely with Scheduler to ensure that all CarePartners and clients are staffed properly and exceptionally well. This position will work in conjunction with the Executive Director. Monthly nights and weekends are required to cover on-call phones (schedule rotates weekly and hours will always be compensated). Applicant must be able to answer phones and email communications professionally and in a timely manner, utilize healthcare software to log all data and caregiver information, schedule CarePartners and confirm all shifts with phone calls, monitor shifts and clock-ins, create & review care notes and support all CarePartners. In addition, this position will assist with clerical & office-related tasks and will work on other duties & events as assigned, must be willing to work on call as well. Applicant should be comfortable working as part of a very dedicated & motivated team in a face-paced office environment and have a passion for our mission of providing exceptional care for seniors, adults, and adults with disabilities.Required skills and qualifications:
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Must pass a State background check
- Must be comfortable utilizing a computer and phone in a professional manner
- Must have knowledge and working capability of PCs, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience utilizing healthcare software is a plus.
- Ability to organize and manage time effectively and effectively.
- Ability to read, take and follow instructions from supervisors and office policies & procedures, as well as being detail-oriented, very organized, proactive, and able to keep accurate and up-to-date information, records and data.
