Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and proactive Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front office while providing exceptional support to our Chiropractor and patients if needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both administrative responsibilities and hands-on patient care. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced medical office.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the front office and ensure efficient workflow. Supervise front office staff and help maintain a positive, professional work environment. Answer multi-line phone systems, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries. Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service from check-in through check-out. Verify insurance benefits, collect copays, and maintain accurate patient records. Maintain organized medical records and ensure HIPAA compliance. Perform clerical duties including filing, scanning, faxing, and correspondence. Coordinate provider schedules and assist with daily office operations. Chiropractic Assistant Responsibilities Prepare patients for chiropractic evaluations and treatments. Assist the Chiropractor during patient visits and procedures as needed. Set up and administer therapies such as electrical stimulation (E-Stim), ultrasound, traction(training provided if needed). Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms and equipment between patients. Monitor patient flow to ensure appointments stay on schedule. Document treatments and patient information accurately in the electronic medical record. Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of medical office management experience required. Previous experience in a chiropractic, physical therapy, orthopedic, or other medical office preferred. Experience with Electronic Medical Records (ECW preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Professional phone etiquette. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in both administrative and patient care roles. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist patients throughout the workday. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
