6414 13th Rd S, Greenacres, FL 33415 We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist (HRG) to join our organization. This role is ideal for a driven, employee-focused professional who is passionate about building a strong workplace culture, supporting leadership teams, and enhancing the overall employee experience across our care centers. The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for overseeing the delivery of HR services, policies, and programs while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Benefits Competitive compensation and paid time off (PTO) Comprehensive health insurance coverage Key Responsibilities Oversee and support Human Resources operations across multiple skilled nursing and care centers Provide leadership, mentorship, and ongoing development to facility management teams and HR coordinators, with regular travel required Guide and support recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives across multiple locations Design and implement recruitment and retention strategies to support workforce stability and growth Evaluate candidates and provide meaningful hiring recommendations, including input on employment decisions as appropriate Develop and lead employee engagement and recognition programs across assigned facilities Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with corporate standards and applicable federal, state, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with leadership to improve HR systems, processes, and overall organizational effectiveness Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, or related field preferred Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred Minimum of one (1) year of progressive Human Resources in SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) Strong knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and employment law Proven ability to work effectively across multiple sites and with diverse teams Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to high-quality work We are an equal opportunity employer and consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.
