Workday Job Description Atlas Remodeling LLC, a home improvement company, is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Field Manager to help coordinate our ongoing projects and daily operations. Despite the title, this is primarily an office-based management and coordination position . The Field Manager will oversee our runners, communicate with homeowners' associations (HOAs), handle permit-related tasks, maintain project records, and ensure that projects continue moving forward. The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable managing multiple responsibilities, and able to communicate professionally with employees, customers, HOAs, government offices, and other project contacts. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the daily schedules and assignments of company runners Follow up with runners and monitor the completion of assigned tasks Communicate with HOAs regarding applications, approvals, documents, and project requirements Prepare, submit, and follow up on building permits and related documentation Maintain organized project files, records, emails, and status updates Track deadlines, inspections, approvals, and outstanding project requirements Communicate with customers, subcontractors, municipalities, and internal team members Provide regular updates to management regarding project progress or delays Handle general administrative and office responsibilities Make occasional field visits or complete project-related errands when necessary Qualifications Previous experience in project coordination, office management, construction administration, permitting, or a similar role is preferred Strong computer skills Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and follow-ups Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with HOAs and government offices Reliable, responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented Experience in the construction or home improvement industry is a plus Must be available to work Sundays and remain available remotely on Fridays Compensation $5,000 per month Work Location This is primarily an in-office position with occasional field-related responsibilities. Fridays are remote, but the employee must remain available for calls, emails, and necessary follow-ups.
