The candidate will be responsible for generating and organizing professional reports, scheduling and attending meetings, and working on special projects as needed. Previous general office experience is preferred, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. Responsibilities:

Answer and make telephone calls. Handle correspondence. Maintain calendars. Gather and distribute information. Research matters and prepare reports. Use electronic office equipment.
