Job Description

- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team.
- Duties
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
- Manage employee records.
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development.
- Handle phone communications with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring effective phone etiquette.
- Handle customer email communications in a professional way.
- Organize and manage calendars for team members, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed.
- Utilize Microsoft office and online software for process flow.
- Assist in building quotes for customers.
- Provide clerical support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance organizational efficiency and workflow.
- Answer customer questions and order status inquiries.
- Check in and out customer orders.
- Input data into a CRM.
- Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft office software and simple databases. Tech-Savvy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and clients.
- Experience in team management is a plus.
- A background in office administration is an advantage but not required.
Pay:
$16.00- $25.
