Office operations: Facilities coordination, supplies, equipment, cleaning, maintenance, moves/changes. Vendor & contract management: Maintain relationships, negotiate terms, oversee repairs and services. Budgeting & finance: Track spending, process invoices, manage purchase orders, identify cost savings.Administrative tasks:
Filing, updating records, answering calls, correspondence handling. HR & people support: Onboarding, induction packs, scheduling, benefits enrollment, light compliance. Reception & events: Visitor management, meeting room coordination, company events, travel arrangements Technology & systems: Desk booking tools, access control, asset inventories, basic IT troubleshooting.Requirements:
Strong organization and prioritization Clear written and verbal communication Stakeholder management across HR, Finance, Operations Technology proficiency (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) Leadership, attention to detail, budget managementBenefits
