This is not a traditional administrative position . We are looking for a versatile, hands-on professional who can wear many hats, solve problems independently, and serve as a trusted right hand to the Owner and company executives. For the right individual, this position has significant growth potential, including the opportunity to become a key member of the company's leadership team , with increased responsibilities and performance-based bonuses. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day office operations and employee accountability across departments, excluding Sales Assist the Owner and other executives with operational and administrative responsibilities Monitor employee attendance, time punches, PTO, absences and related documentation Coordinate payroll information and resolve payroll/timekeeping discrepancies Support HR functions, employee documentation, onboarding and personnel records Maintain OSHA, safety and compliance documentation Prepare and maintain incident reports, workers' compensation documentation and related records Track lien releases, payment documentation and other construction-related paperwork Work directly with suppliers, subcontractors, installers and field personnel Help resolve customer concerns professionally, calmly and with empathy Coordinate between office, warehouse and field departments to keep projects moving Maintain office supplies and administrative systems Identify problems before they become larger issues and follow through until they are resolved Help establish procedures, improve accountability and keep the organization running efficiently What We're Looking For Construction industry experience is required.

Confident and strong-willed while remaining professional and respectful Highly organized and detail-oriented Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision A natural problem solver and go-getter Comfortable holding employees accountable Calm and effective under pressure Able to handle difficult customers and situations with patience and empathy Comfortable communicating with employees, installers, subcontractors, suppliers and management Able to prioritize multiple urgent responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Dependable and willing to take ownership rather than simply wait for instructions Able to maintain confidentiality when handling payroll, HR and employee information Equipped with reliable personal transportation Required Experience Construction industry experience Strong QuickBooks Desktop experience Office management, operations, HR, payroll or construction administration experience Strong computer and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Compensation & Benefits $20.00-$25.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications Full-time position Performance/target-based bonus opportunities 401(k) benefits available beginning October 1, 2026 for eligible employees Paid vacation/PTO, sick time and paid holidays after successful completion of the applicable probationary period Significant advancement opportunity for the right individual Potential to grow into a senior management/executive position Medical benefits are not currently offered , but the company is evaluating adding medical benefits in the near future Who Will Succeed in This Position? Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
