WHAT YOU'LL DO

Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth daily workflow Greet visitors, answer phones, and handle general correspondence Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and calendar management for leadership Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships Assist with HR functions such as onboarding paperwork and document organization Support accounting/administrative staff with filing, data entry, and recordkeeping Maintain a professional, organized office environment

years of office administration experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in construction or a related industry a plus
