Business Office Manager We are seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have prior Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience and a strong understanding of business office operations in a post-acute healthcare setting. Responsibilities Oversee daily business office operations and administrative functions Manage billing, collections, accounts receivable, and resident accounts Maintain accurate financial and resident records Work closely with residents and families regarding financial matters and billing questions Coordinate with insurance providers, Medicaid, Medicare, and other payers Monitor outstanding balances and assist with collections Ensure timely and accurate billing and documentation Support admissions and discharge processes as needed Maintain compliance with facility policies and applicable regulations Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative leadership Qualifications Previous Business Office Manager experience in LTC/SNF is required Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and insurance billing Strong knowledge of healthcare billing and collections Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare billing/accounting systems Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a team Join a growing healthcare team where your experience and leadership can make a difference.
