Job Description

Prestige GC is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
to join our concrete construction team. This is a full-time, in-office position supporting daily operations and serving as a key point of contact for our team and clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry Excellent phone and communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Knowledge of concrete construction or construction operations Experience in the construction industry Municipal and government work experience a plus Familiarity with construction estimating
RESPONSIBILITIES
Answering phones & manager incoming/outgoing communications Scheduling, filing, and general office administration Data entry, document management, and job tracking Supporting estimating, billing, and project coordination Multitasking in a fast-paced construction environment
