7:30 - 2:00pm Position Summary The Office Administrator works in a supporting role across multiple areas of the business. This is an in-person role for a commercial construction company responsible for overseeing day-to-day tasks around the office. They will serve as a resource and liaison for visitors, leadership, and employees as needed. This position requires coordinating with office vendors and IT support, managing office supplies, planning company events, and providing general administrative needs across the company to ensure things operate efficiently and professionally. Key Areas of Responsibility Serve as a primary point of contact for visitors, external IT team, and general office needs Coordinate service and maintenance for office and job sites Maintain and organize PPE, company branded apparel, office supplies, supply closet, and warehouse Label and track electronic equipment/inventory Handle on-boarding and off-boarding procedures Provide administrative support to leadership Assist with travel, reservations, or logistical arrangements as applicable Leading continuing education efforts for employees Assist marketing with social media, and coordinating company functions and employee events Coordinate charity efforts and community involvement Administer company cell phones Company fleet maintenanceQualifications Experience:
Administrative / office management / facilities coordination / executive support experienceTechnical Skills:
Microsoft Office / Sharepoint, Outlook, and basic office technology and equipment knowledgeSkills & Competencies:
