Structured Broadband Services, LLC - Oviedo, FL Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM About Us Structured Broadband Services is a growing provider of broadband infrastructure and low-voltage solutions, delivering reliable service to residential and commercial clients. We take pride in accuracy, efficiency, and strong financial oversight. We are looking for a detail-driven Office Manager with a strong bookkeeping background to support our financial and administrative operations. Position Overview The Office Manager will be responsible for financial administration, bookkeeping, and office support functions. This role is heavily focused on QuickBooks, payroll, invoicing, and financial accuracy, rather than managing day-to-day field operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and confident handling company finances with minimal oversight. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and receivable in QuickBooks Generate and send customer invoices and follow up on outstanding balances Process vendor bills, payments, and expense tracking Perform bank and credit card reconciliations regularly Handle payroll processing, including time tracking, payroll submissions, and reporting Maintain accurate job costing and financial records Assist with monthly financial reporting and internal tracking Organize and maintain company documentation, contracts, and financial records Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing and payments Support management with financial insights, reporting, and special projects Ensure all bookkeeping practices align with company standards and compliance requirements Qualifications 5+ years of experience in office management, bookkeeping, or accounting support Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online (required) Experience with payroll processing and reporting Solid understanding of invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and handle sensitive financial information Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Experience in construction, service, or contracting industry is a plus High school diploma required; additional accounting or business coursework preferred Benefits Competitive pay (based on experience) Paid time off and holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance Company events and team environment Career growth opportunities with a family-owned, rapidly growing company
