Position Summary As the Front Office Administrator for Midwest Dental Arts, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front desk support and customer service in our dental manufacturing lab setting. You will greet and assist visitors, manage all calls coming in and direct calls as needed to the correct department, and provide general administrative support as requested by Site Leadership. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously. Respond to inquiries, provide information, and transfer calls to associated departments. Take accurate messages and assure that they are delivered promptly Welcome clients, vendors, and other visitors with a warm and professional demeanor. Scanning documents and performing basic data entry duties Assist with filing, document preparation, and maintaining records. Help with inventory management and order supplies as needed. Keep the reception area clean, organized and presentable. Other duties that may be assigned Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in using phone systems, computers, and office software Previous experience in a dental office/lab setting preferred but not required Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus but not required.
