We're looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Business Office Manager (ABOM) to support our business office operations. In this role, you'll handle billing, collections, payroll, and financial reporting , ensuring accuracy and compliance while providing excellent support to residents and families.

What You'll Do:

Assist with resident billing: Medicare, Medicaid, insurance, and private pay. Support accounts payable/receivable and financial reporting. Help resolve billing discrepancies and assist with admissions. Communicate financial info clearly to residents and families. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years in business office or healthcare finance experience. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing. Strong organization, communication, and Excel skills. Team-oriented, professional, and detail-focused.
