We are a busy automotive dealership and need someone who can help handle a variety of day-to-day office responsibilities. This is not just a receptionist position—we are looking for someone who is comfortable multitasking and helping keep the office organized and running smoothly.
Responsibilities May Include:
Managing customer files and dealership paperwork Organizing deal jackets and following up on missing documents Calling and texting customers when needed Answering phones and assisting customers Verifying insurance and lienholder information Communicating with banks, lenders, insurance companies, customers, and vendors Assisting with title, tag, registration, and other dealership paperwork Entering and updating information in dealership systems Handling general office tasks, paperwork, and miscellaneous daily needs Assisting management and the sales team as needed
Who We Are Looking For:
Automotive dealership experience preferred Strong office administration experience preferred Highly organized and detail-oriented Dependable and responsible Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Good with computers and office systems Able to work independently and take initiative Bilingual English/Spanish preferred This Position Is For Someone Who... Has worked in a busy office and understands that every day can be different. One minute you may be following up on a customer document, and the next you may be dealing with a bank, insurance company, registration paperwork, management request, or another issue that needs attention. We are looking for someone who can help keep a busy dealership office organized, efficient, and running smoothly.
Pay:
$19.84 - $25.00 per hour
