Work Schedule:
Full-Time, 40 Hours Per Week Position Summary The Office Manageris responsible foroverseeing the daily administrative operations of Chevalier Real Estate, LLC while providing leadership, organization, and support to office staff, agents, clients, and business partners. This position serves as a key member of the management team andis responsible foroffice administration, customer service, social media marketing, credit repair program support, agent recruiting, and human resource functions. Through the On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program, the employee will receive advanced training in office management, personnel administration, marketing, recruiting, business operations, and real estate support services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Office Administration & Operations Oversee the daily operations of the real estate office. Ensure smooth and efficient workflow among staff and agents. Develop andmaintainoffice procedures and operational systems. Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. Monitor andmaintainoffice records, files, and confidential documents. Assistmanagement with special projects and business initiatives. Reception & Customer Service Perform all receptionist duties as needed. Greet clients, tenants, agents, vendors, and visitors. Answer and route incoming calls. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally. Schedule appointments, meetings, and training sessions. Maintain calendars for management and company events. Social Media Marketing Develop and implement social media marketing strategies. Create, schedule, and monitor content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Promote company listings, services, events, and agent achievements. Assistwith video marketing and digital advertising campaigns. Monitor engagement and provide performance reports. Helpmaintainand update company websites and online profiles. Credit Repair Program Administration Assistin coordinating the company's credit repair services. Conduct initial client intake and onboarding. Maintain client records and program documentation. Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments. Track client progress and communicate updates. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Agent Recruiting & Retention Assistwith recruiting licensed real estate professionals. Conduct initial outreach to prospective agents. Schedule recruiting appointments and interviews. Maintain recruiting databases and lead tracking systems. Coordinate agent onboarding and orientation activities. Support agent retention programs and training initiatives. Human Resources Support Assistwith employee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding. Maintain personnel files and employment records. Support payroll administration and attendance tracking. Assistwith employee training and professional development programs. Help ensure compliance with workplace policies and procedures. Coordinate staff meetings, performance reviews, and employee communications. Real Estate & Property Management Support Support transaction coordination and file management. Assistwith property management administrative functions. Maintain compliance records and transaction documentation. Support agents with marketing materials and administrative needs. Assistwith client relationship management and lead follow-up. Reporting & Management Support Prepare reports related to office operations, recruiting, marketing, and administrative activities. Track key performance indicators and operational metrics. Make recommendations for improving office efficiency and productivity. Support company growth initiatives and strategic planning efforts. Professional Development Through OJT The employee will receive training in: Office management and leadership principles. Real estate brokerage operations. Property management administration. Social media marketing and digital advertising. Credit repair program administration. Recruiting and talent acquisition strategies. Human resources management and compliance. Customer serviceexcellence. Business communication and conflict resolution. Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and office technology. Recordkeeping and document management. Professional ethics and confidentiality standards. Qualifications Associate's degree preferred;Bachelor'sdegree desirable. Previousexperience in office administration, management, real estate, recruiting, marketing, or related fields preferred. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite and common business software. Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday. Ability tooperatestandard office equipment. Ability to occasionally lift and carry office materials up to 25 pounds.
