Key Responsibilities:
Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere by greeting and assisting patients during check-in and check-out. Manage high-volume inbound calls using a multi-line phone system, handling inquiries, taking messages, and transferring calls as needed. Coordinate patient appointments and maintain organized scheduling. Manage multiple provider calendar Process patient payments and ensure accurate data entry into the system. Manage email communications, collect prospective patient information, and handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Accurately enter patient and insurance payments into EHR system. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and other duties as assigned to support office efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
Availability:
Must be able available to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, Saturdays (once training is completed), and flexibility to work at Trinity and St. Petersburg locations as needed, including flexibility to work opening, closing and mid-day shifts.
Experience:
A minimum of 1 year in receptionist, front desk, call center, or office administration roles, with 2 year of customer service experience.
Technical Proficiency:
Comfortable using computer systems and online tools.
