Competitive hourly based on experience with bonus potential About the Role Saint Johns Orthodontics is seeking an experienced, service-driven Office Manager to help lead our growing practice. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing team members, improving systems, and creating an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who can hold team members accountable, keep operations running smoothly, and step in wherever needed to support the practice. While this is a leadership role, it is not a position where you sit behind a desk all day. You will work closely with patients, support administrative operations, and help drive the overall success of the office. Dental or orthodontic experience is a plus, but we are open to candidates from healthcare, hospitality, retail, and other service-focused industries who have demonstrated success leading teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
