Front Desk Manager Job Summary:
As the Assistant Front Office Manager at the Sirata Beach Resort - Tapestry Collection by Hilton, you will lead the front office team in delivering exceptional guest service experiences aligned with Hilton brand standards. You will be responsible for managing daily front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in/out procedures, optimizing labor productivity, and supporting a seamless operation through scheduling, inventory control, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all front desk operations, including guest check-in/out, room assignments, and Hilton Honors program implementation Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally Train, coach, and lead front desk agents and maintain a guest-first culture Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to support a smooth operation Maintain and oversee front office inventory, including supplies and uniforms Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and internal SOPs Manage Hilton OnQ system including proper usage, training, and data accuracy Utilize HotSOS to track, communicate, and manage service requests and guest feedback Support operational and financial goals by monitoring department expenses and reporting variances Act as Manager on Duty as assigned and support crisis/emergency response procedures Uphold and enforce all safety, security, and privacy protocols in line with Hilton and Tapestry Collection standards
Qualifications:
Hilton OnQ system experience is must. Proficiency in Opera PMS and HotSOS systems is preferred Strong knowledge of hotel operations, labor planning, and front office procedures Minimum of 1 years of supervisory or management experience in a front desk or guest services role Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Knowledge of inventory control, scheduling, and budget management is a strong plus Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
